That is the short version. The rest of this page explains what that means in practice, in language a reasonable person can read in under three minutes.
We do not share your data.
Information you send us through forms or email stays with us. We use it only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to run the services you hired us to run.
We collect the minimum.
The contact form asks for your name, email, company name, and message. The Build Your OneBox form asks what it needs to scope your environment. Nothing more. We do not run third-party advertising pixels, session replay tools, or behavioral tracking on this site.
We protect what we hold.
Client data sits inside the same identity, access, and device controls that we sell. If the standard is not good enough for our clients, it is not good enough for our own systems.
What gets collected automatically.
When you visit, standard web analytics capture your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time on site. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site. We use Vercel Analytics for hosting performance. When our CRM goes live, HubSpot will process form submissions on our behalf. These services are contractually bound to use your data only for our purposes.
How long we keep it.
Contact form submissions are kept for the duration of any resulting business relationship and a reasonable period after. If we never hear from you again, your submission is deleted within 12 months. Analytics data is aggregated and carries no personal identifiers after collection.
Your rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold. If you are in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and a growing list of other states provide similar rights. Exercise any of them by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
Children.
Our site and services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have, contact us immediately so we can delete it.
